Registration

Submit all your entries and pay with your credit card at Regatta Central. Execute all waivers on-line at Regatta Central, but please take a moment to review the rules and regulations. 

On-line Registration

Standard on-line entry at Regatta Central must be completed by 11:59 pm on July 18, 2022.  We will prioritize getting all submitted Entries into the Events (all of which have caps) before then opening Late Registration  on July 19.  Late and Waitlisted Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Regatta Director on a “lane available” basis.  Late entries carry an additional fee. Payment is due at registration.  Line-ups are due by July 20.

Fees are non-refundable after July 20 and an additional Scratch Fee of $15 will be assigned to those who scratch after this race.  Because so many crews are Waitlisted, and we need to leverage each Lane,  we take “No Show” teams seriously and reserve the right to limit a team’s “caps” in following regattas.

Waiver forms

Every competitor must execute a waiver.  Waivers can be completed on-line at Regatta Central. For questions on completing the waiver, please contact Regatta Central and/or USRowing directly.  

USRowing Organizational Membership

The Philadelphia Youth Regatta is a USRowing registered regatta. For USRowing registered regattas, the club or school must be an organizational member but the athletes do not need to be Individual Champion Members (although they DO need to have signed the waiver).

There is an exception for single scullers.  Single scullers do not have to be a member of a USRowing organizational member club; but, if they are not, they must have Individual Champion Membership in USRowing.

Race Day Check-In

Once pre-registered on-line at Regatta Central, no race day registration is required.  However, you may check in with us at the Schuylkill Navy Regatta HQ tent near the City Dock,  and we’ll answer any questions.

Each crews must have its own Lanes 1-6 Bow Markers for all crews.  These will be available for purchase for $25 at Regatta HQ. 

Note that there is a mandatory coaches and coxswains online meeting on Thursday July 21st.
