Submit all your entries and pay with your credit card at Regatta Central. Execute all waivers on-line at Regatta Central, but please take a moment to review the rules and regulations in our Regatta Bulletin. Regatta Central. You’re done! No paper work for you or us! We strongly prefer you use the paperless system.
On-line entry at Regatta Central must be completed by 11:59 pm on Friday, July 13, 2018. After that date, entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Regatta Director on a “lane available” basis and with a $10 per boat late fee. If you do not take advantage of the paperless entry system, the printed Regatta Central invoice, entry fees and competitor waivers are due on Thursday, July 12, 2018.
Fees are non-refundable after July 19.
Every competitor must execute a waiver. Waivers can be completed on-line at Regatta Central. Once done for any USRowing registered regatta, the waiver applies to all USRowing registered regattas for the calendar year.
USRowing Organizational Membership
The Philadelphia Youth Regatta is a USRowing registered regatta. For USRowing registered regattas, the club or school must be an organizational member but the athletes do not need to be individual members.
There is an exception for single scullers. Single scullers do not have to be a member of a USRowing organizational member club; but, if they are not, they must have individual membership in USRowing.
Race Day Registration
Once pre-registered on-line at Regatta Central, no race day registration is required. However, you may check in with us at the Schuylkill Navy Regatta HQ tent near the City Dock, and we’ll answer any questions. Note that there is a mandatory coaches and coxswains meeting one hour before the start of racing.
